BEGINNING BEEKEEPING SCHOOL
On February 28,29 and March 1st 2020, Williams Honey Farm will host our fourth annual Beginning Beekeeping School weekend! Have you ever wondered what it takes to be a beekeeper? Are you overwhelmed by all the conflicting information found on the internet? Do you need a little more education than just a textbook at home? Do you want to train on the actual equipment you will be using? We’re trying to change the way beekeeping schools are taught and here is your chance to jump on board. Sign up here.
SPECIAL THIS YEAR! “Sophomore beekeeper reboot” class on Friday night February 28th from 6pm-9pm. Are you past your first year in beekeeping and need a bit of a refresher? Do you feel like you’ve forgotten some of the basics and need to get back up to speed for the upcoming season? We’re going to dedicate 3 hours to review, refresh, and if you’re up to it…recharge! We’ll talk about best practices, yearly maintenance, hive manipulations, and anything that’s been bugging you. This will be a fun, light hearted time with solid review.
Special group rates available for parties of 4 or more! Email info@williamshoneyfarm.com to sign up your group.
